We have a well-equipped garment manufacturing facility comprising of Fabric Store, Fabric Cutting, Sewing, Finishing and Packing in a single roof. This makes us deliver better products in shorter time. We have ensured that we follow all the safety standards keeping in mind the value and safety of our employees.

Cutting Section
Our cutting section is equipped with Lay Tables, Straight Knife Cutters and Band Knife Cutters and skilled employees for precision cutting fabric of all parts of the garment.
We have a system of 100% checking and labeling of all cut parts for right size, shape, defects before passing it over to theSewing section in order to ensure the quality and enhanced production efficiency. Similarly all printed panels, embroidered panels are inspected being passed to the Sewing section.
Sewing Section
We have state-of-the art sewing machines for versatile garment stitching. We have computerized single needle lock stitch machines, Over- locking machines, Flat lock machines imported from world class companies all around the world.
We have more than 50 sewing machines at work with a production capacity of more than 1200 pieces per day.
Our ever-enthusiastic and ever-energetic workforce is always ready to take up challenges and have been doing a lot of challenging sew cut operations which have always won a good reputation for us among the clients.
We have a policy of compulsory servicing our sewing machines at periodic intervals to ensure our proficient stitching quality.

Inspection of Stitched Garments
There is no compromise for good quality so we are following a runtime inspection of our garments. Any flaws in sewing are eliminated at its initial stage of production which aids us improving our quality and quantity.
